Michelle Edwards – Human Resources Manager
Michelle has worked with the company since 1993 and was responsible for helping to establish Magnolia Physical Therapy and Aquatic Rehab Center in 1995. Prior to this position and having proudly raised three children, she also worked as Personnel Administrator for a large computer company in Irvine.
Michelle provides all administrative and clerical support for the CEO, CFO and managerial staff at all three clinics. As the Human Resources Manager, Michelle is the liaison between the owners and the employees of the Company. She is responsible for interviewing and screening applicants who are interested in joining the Company. Michelle thoroughly enjoys the people she has come to know over the years, employees and patients alike.
As the SoCal PT Human Resources Manager, Michelle is extremely proud of the professional, ancillary and administrative staff at each of the clinics in SoCalPT. She sincerely respects their expertise, loyalty and ability to recognize and treat each patient personally, compassionately and professionally. Michelle served as the Project Manager for the Aquatic Therapy expansion project at Magnolia Physical Therapy and Aquatic Rehab Center as well as the relocations and remodels of Corona del Mar Physical Therapy and Laguna Beach Physical Therapy.
Michelle resides in Huntington Beach with her husband and welcomes homecoming visits with her grown children. Being a grandmother to Caroline and Tommy has added another element of joy to her life. She enjoys gardening, bike-riding, reading, yoga, time with friends, dancing and eclectic music.
